Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Volkswagen Keep It Genuine Voucher Campaign (“the Campaign”) hosted by Volkswagen of South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“VWSA”).
By participating in the Campaign, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions and VWSA’s Privacy Policy available at www.vw.co.za.
The Campaign runs until 31 December 2026. VWSA reserves the right to extend, amend, suspend or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice. Neither VWSA nor participating dealers shall be liable for any such changes.
The voucher discount (ranging from R250 to R2 000 depending on the qualifying spend amount) is only redeemable when a customer spends the applicable minimum qualifying amount on a service and/or repair at an authorised participating Volkswagen dealer.
The voucher applies to qualifying Volkswagen Genuine Parts purchases, including VW supplied fluids such as engine oil, coolant/antifreeze, brake fluid and transmission fluid.
Vehicles qualify only if they have not been serviced or repaired at an authorised Volkswagen dealer within the preceding 13 months.
The voucher is issued against a specific vehicle and not against a customer.
The voucher is valid for single use only and may only be redeemed once per qualifying vehicle.
The voucher is transferable to a new owner should the vehicle be sold.
The voucher is valid only at participating Volkswagen dealers.
The voucher may only be used for retail/cash customer services and repairs completed at participating dealer workshops.
The voucher may not be used toward lifestyle accessories, EasyDrive Vehicle Plans, service plans, maintenance plans, or similar products.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent.
The voucher is valid for 12 months from date of issue, provided the validity period does not extend beyond the official campaign end date.
VWSA shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or expense incurred directly or indirectly as a result of participation in this Campaign.
